New restaurants arrive on South Bank

With the opening of Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, a host of new restaurants have arrived on South Bank. Open to the public from March are the authentic Italian coffee experience espressamente illy and the stylish Primo Bar open 5pm until late. See the full food and drink directory for details.

New website for County Hall Restaurant

Chino Latino's Alternative Afternoon Tea

Chino Latino, Situated in Park Plaza Riverbank, introduces afternoon tea with a sushi-inspired twist.

Putting Far East flavour into one of Britain’s longest standing traditions, Chino Latino’s afternoon tea is a fusion of sweet and savoury. Ditch the standard finger sandwiches and tuck into sushi rolls filled with the usual suspects – varying combinations of cucumber, egg, salmon and mayo – or a mouth-watering ginger and chilli cheesecake. Available 1 - 5pm daily.

London Eye Festival Feast

London Restaurant Festival is a celebration of the unique culture and diversity of London cuisine. Each night from 8th to 14th October, a top London restaurant will serve dinner to a table of 10 in one of the London Eye’s capsules. Seven restaurants will present the best of six different cuisines in London – British, French, Italian, Indian, Japanese and Chinese and Gordon Ramsey is set to be one of the star chefs.
